"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right...to have the assistance of counsel for his [or her] defense."**
**United States Constitution, Amendment VI
I believe that EVERYONE has the right to an attorney, especially when he or she is charged with a criminal allegation. Too many criminal defense lawyers are priced too high for many Americans. My priority is to make sure your legal rights are protected. I have experience representing hundreds of people in court successfully. My flat-fee system, outlined below, helps to make it simple and affordable to hire me. In most cases, you will get most of your money back when the case is resolved.
I am a Minnesota-Licensed Criminal Defense Lawyer (for ten years now).
I have achieved numerous victories in criminal cases for many reasons, including the following:
--Not-guilty verdicts at trial
--Suppression of evidence
--Agreements by Prosecution
--Lack of evidence
Most cases are resolved by negotiation, or by a judge's ruling on your consequences. I am very experienced at finding ways to minimize the consequences of a criminal charge.
